Training Goal Systems (TGS) was founded by Thomas Quigley ATC, CSCS.  Thomas is a Nationally Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) and Nationally Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS).  Thomas has been licensed by the State of New York to practice Athletic Training since December 2004.  Thomas has over 10 years of professional experience, including work at Marist College, Vassar College, West Point Military Academy, Carlson Physical Therapy of Connecticut, and Equinox gyms.  He has been the Assistant Athletic Trainer and Head Athletic Trainer for local NYC private schools.  These positions included the recognition, prevention, assessment, management, and rehabilitation of sports-related injuries.  Training Goal Systems was developed by Thomas to create a platform in which fitness can be attained and maintained through a holistic approach that is taken into account with every individual each and every fitness session in order to provide the highest quality of training possible.  In his free time, Thomas enjoys golf, basketball, endurance running, training, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
