Do you want to be fit?


The number one roadblock to fitness is motivation. For each individual we must create or maintain momentum during our quest for fitness. It is not something that will come with the snap of a finger or with a salad. It is a practice we must incorporate to our everyday lives. We cannot live in contradiction to our goals. If it’s fitness, that means hard physical work that keeps your body in balance with the amount of fuel it has or has stored(fat) on a regular basis. To be fit is to find your physical balance. There are no secrets to fitness. Once your mind is made up to be fit, you must act on the idea and implement a well balanced plan.
