Philosophical baby!

Aristotle was quoted as concluding that ALL human action is purposeful in someway. And that you are happy when moving towards something that you want. Thus, without clearly defined goals we are purposeless and unhappy according to Aristotle. This was the ultimate reason why I feel that training should always be goal related. Is the goal to look good? Of course. But, I challenge people to think of training as maximizing energy, preventing major injury or health related problems, or even better to create a body that can bring you to physical challenges , heights, and sights that you never thought possible.
