Instruction and training in order to implement an orthopedic wellness and enhancement program.  Once baseline measurements are attained, the goals of the individual or groups are assessed and recorded.  An implementation plan starts with instructions in proper injury preventative warm-ups with individualized instruction, strengthening programs and cardiovascular program are developed and customized to the team, corporate, or individual goal.  A written 12 week training schedule is constructed for the individual or group to follow including safe volume progressions to attain maximum results.  There are bi-weekly calls and 24 hour/ 7 day a week email communication to address questions along the way and to ensure success.  At the end of the 12 week period there is a reassessment of the baseline measurements to address progress and goal attainment after implementation of the training program.

Individual:

  • 6 and 12 week plan—1  bi-weekly call (30 minutes), unlimited daily email access.
  • 12 week live reassessment

 

Team:

  • Baseline measurements.  Team goal and individual goal assessment/ development
  • Implementation plan
  • 6 and 12  week plan—1 bi- weekly call (30 minutes), unlimited daily email access.  12 Week live reassessment.

 

Corporate Wellness:

  • Needs assessment.  Baseline measurements.  Team goal and individual      goal assessment and development.
  • Implementation plan:
  • 6 week plan– 1 bi- weekly call (30 minutes), unlimited daily email access.  12 Week live reassessment.

 

Rates:

 Individual: $300/ 12 weeks

*Team: $750/ 12 weeks (up to 25 team members)

Corporate: TBD

*All rates are based on 12 week cycles.
