Team & Youth Conditioning


Youth training programs are tailored to fit the growing demands of high quality fitness training for youth.  With over 10 years of experience in youth training, programs are designed to maximize fitness while preventing the epidemic of overuse injuries.  Over the last 10 years there has been an increase in youth training.  In addition there has been a rise in club/ travel teams.  This rise has been great and it should continue but, we have taken our eye off the health of the child.  With this increase in activity, certain motor patterns specific to the activity can get over trained and lead to serious injury due to breakdown of muscular support/ increased asymmetries.  While being aware of the myriad of potential youth injuries, this program is designed to educate the youth in regards to proper nutrition, clearing up the very misunderstood area of supplements.  Focus is also given to proper warm- up techniques, movement patterns, specific conditioning to position/ sport (ie. Agility, plyometrics, metabolic training, functional strength) and regeneration.

  • All individuals are baseline measured.
  • Programs are customized to fit the structure of the team’s season/ individual’s season/ or the camps structure.
  • Training (injury prevention, periodization, metabolic training, nutrition, and regeneration) as well philosophies presentations are available.
  • Training programs are kept fun while achieving maximal results.
